My stay at the hotel was amazing, and it was a great first-time experience. I was very proud of how kind and helpful everyone was. I would definitely recommend this place to others, and my family and I will be back for sure.

The hotel rooms were super nice, very spacious, and kept clean. However, there was a slight lingering smell of smoke, even though it was no longer a smoking room. The service went the extra mile overall, with the exception of a personal matter encountered at the desk. The location was super convenient for work and nearby attractions, despite challenges with cold entrance doors. Dining offerings were amazing with made-to-order options daily. The facilities were well run, though some aspects needed updating.
